Basic Methodological Problems with the Anti-Mormon Approach to the Geography and Archaeology of the Book of Mormon

I’ve been approached multiple times by family members to listen/watch a 4+ hour discourse on a new theory surrounding the Book of Mormon geography that claims the actual Hill Cumorah is in New York.

The attached article is written in defense of anti-Mormon and anti-Book of Mormon critics. However, found within the text of the article is the basis for, in my opinion, the soundest approach to the Book of Mormon geography.

Although this article is more than 20 years old, it’s worth reading again.

  1. Yea. The authors believe there is sufficient findings to indicate that the Hill Cumorah in New York is the final battle ground of the Nephites.
